Can I bring on board any Lithium battery-operated devices?

Lithium battery-operated devices, including but not limited to electronic cigarettes, mobile phones, and laptop and tablet computers, may not be included in checked baggage.

These items may be included in carry-on baggage or on one’s person. 

Any spare batteries must be insulated from one other.
